The 16th International Conference on AIDS and Sexually Transmitted Infections in Africa (ICASA) will be held in Addis Ababa December 4-8. Over 10,000 delegates from around the world including scientists, health professionals, policy makers, Heads of State and dignitaries, people living with HIV (PLHIV), community leaders and activists working in the fields of HIV and AIDS, sexually transmitted infections, Tuberculosis & Malaria are expected to attend this conference. The Hotel and Tourism sector will play a vital role in making this conference a success and ICASA thanks all who have chosen to participate in the lodging program thus far. As Health Minister Dr. Tedros Adahnom said, "Our hospitality and effective hotel accommodations have a great value in building our country's positive image." The conference will not only effect great strides in AIDS and STI research and discussion, it will also promote Ethiopia to the world in terms of tourism and conferences.

HOTEL / GUEST HOUSE / PENSION OWNERS

If you have already chosen to participate in the ICASA housing program, thank you. We have listed your hotel name and information on the accommodations website that the delegate will use to choose their lodging. You will be contacted on a regular basis by ICASA staff to provide room reports and other information so that we can be sure that all of the delegates are finding lodging. Following are links to the contracts and information sheets we ask you to complete in order to commit to the ICASA housing program. There is no cost, nor rate limit, to participate in the program, we are simply asking that you commit to holding rooms for ICASA delegates and treat them fairly in the lodging process. PRIVATE HOMEOWNERS

Due to the large number of delegates expected for ICASA 2011, there will not be enough rooms available in the commercial lodging of Addis. Therefore, ICASA is asking owners of quality, fully furnished homes and apartments within city limits to consider leasing their homes for the week of the conference. Following are links to the contracts and information we ask you to complete in order to commit to the ICASA housing program. There is no cost, nor rate limit, to participate in the program, we are simply asking that you commit to leasing your home to the ICASA delegates and treat them fairly in the lodging process. Accommodations Needed for ICASA 2011!

The 16th International Conference on AIDS and Sexually Transmitted Infections in Africa, ICASA 2011, will bring over 10,000 delegates from around Africa and the world to Addis Ababa, from December 4 – 8.
