ICASA 2011 is pleased to offer scholarship opportunities to encourage people from resource limited communities including young people, researchers, civil society representatives and community activists to participate in this conference.  The conference will provide full and partial sponsorships for limited number of local and international participants. Detail scholarship information will be posted in the coming month.
